Administrators rawTOP Posted January 21, 2013 Administrators Report Posted January 21, 2013 This matches what I've found before... Smoking kills 5 times more gay guys than HIV. http://www.rawtop.com/blog/2008-08/gay-men-5-times-more-likely-to-die-of-smoking-than-hiv
Ingulphus Posted January 21, 2013 Report Posted January 21, 2013 I'm happy I was able to seamlessly switch from cigarettes to pipes after being a smoker for almost 40 years; I smoke much, much less now, to the point where I gained the traditional 15 pounds that always hit when I've quit smoking in the past. My sens of taste and smell have improved as well. It's not the ideal situation, but I'm still better off.
