Best places are trails around Buena Vista Drive (off of Park Row Drive, near the 110 freeway) and Grand View Drive (north of Elysian Reservoir, overlooking the 5 freeway). Park gates close when it gets dark, so no vehicles after that, but guys will park their cars on North Broadway near the L.A.
