To bottoms: how do you exercise/condition your hole

I love to take it up the ass, and I've had anal sex quite a few times before (cocks, dildos, raw, rubber). However, a few years back I started to get anal fissures. I'm not sure how it started, maybe it was not a well lubed dildo, or I pushed to hard. Since then I easily bleed, and I became traumatized with anal sex, which is quite frustrating for me since I can't top, it's just not me. I tried lubes, plenty of it, but still it hurt and later on I would bleed. I feel that it hurt the most on my first anal ring, it feels like something doesn't want to give up and tries to block the incoming. Once you go all the way it's less painfull. I tried taking deep breath, relaxing my body, making spinchter movement. All to no effect.

I want my sex to go back the way it was, and bareback gayporns do not help at all . I'm so envious of all the bottoms who seem to become so loose and able to take all those raw dicks without a glitch in their ass.

I'm not afraid of blood, but I want my sex to be enjoyable to me and also to the tops. I don't want them to cop out once they see blood. I for sure also want to enjoy the ball slapping on my ass without worrying too much or holding my breath because of the pain.

I'm thinking of buttpluging my hole, hoping that it will stretch in time. Will it actually work? I'm not thinking of fist-worthy gapping hole, but loose and stretchy enough so that my hole would be able to host porn style gangbang and breeding party.

So to bottoms out there, any good advice is most needed!

Your ring of muscle has that small tear/fissure and when you try to penetrate it with anything, the "incomplete circle" that is your sphincter will spasm. Would be best if you could get to a proctologist for the very simple procedure to help it heal. I had one many years ago and it was three years before I finally got it checked out. Very little discomfort from the procedure. Not sure about the recovery time as I wasn't having much sex at the time and only topping when I did.

I do remember the doc saying that by adding fiber/Metamucil to my diet the sphincter would be opened by the larger stools and the discomfort would be less. Fiber supplementation also makes cleaning out easier as well.

Yeah, if your anus is bleeding fairly frequently, you should talk to a doctor, not random guys on a website.

I did talk to a doctor a few years back during the time I experienced quite serious bleeding which resulted in me hospitalizing myself voluntarily (not from the bleeding, but from the fever accompanying the bleeding). However, the doctor (who was one of the top proctologist in my city) did quite a rough digital rectal check on me, I was in more pain after the check-up than before, it left me traumatized. That doctor needs a hard lesson in fingering a man's anus!!

Anyway, I'm going to Singapore sometime next month, I think it is best to see the proctologist there.

Thanks for the input!

I wonder if you're giving it time to heal properly. I had an anal fissure once which left me devastated (probably from being too rough, not enough lube etc) and it just kept tearing and opening up. I appreciate your pain!

All I did was use some lube for when using the toilet and gave it PLENTY of time to heal. Probably months. Start very slowly again, think of it as losing your virginity again! It will be galling, but you need to heal properly...

I had a fissure for about 20 years that would keep coming back on me. Finally last year I went to see a colo-rectal surgeon and she managed to fix it by having me apply a cream 2 or 3 times a day. They take a high blood pressure medicine and compound it into a cream. The medicine gets your sphincter to relax. Relaxation is what is needed to heal fissures. That medicine has about a 65% cure rate - it worked for me and my fissure was very old and deep. Mind you I had to apply the cream longer than most people do - but the point is, it can work even on bad fissures.

If that doesn't work then the next option is Botox injections into the sphincter. Botox numbs things and forces your sphincter to relax. However, if Botox doesn't work, then you'll need surgery.

But before you do any of that - take lots of fiber. You can get Metamucil in powder form or buy the same stuff in capsules. Given your condition I'd take close to the max amount recommended on the bottle. Basically the fiber insures that what comes out doesn't irritate your ass too much.

um this sounds like a good idea.. ive never experienced anything like this so idk what to tell you to do.. tho i can tell you how to loosen/stretch your hole so once you have whatever u have fixed, then you can take cock easily.

basically, there are 2 ways.. 1, which is what happened to me and would not recommend for u is that you just take a big/massive dick/dildo and get fucked by it relentlessly.. all the while of course being careful not to tear or hurt anything, but to stretch your ass out in one big go no matter the pain..

i was 13, and the guy was 8inches..

the 2nd, more normal and overall better method, is to do it slowly and with repetition.. different dildos, use them as much as you can.. everyday if possible. work up and up till u get the result u want. dont use a butt plug right away when ur tight

Thanks for the advice rawTOP and Btm!, I will try to make an appointment with another colo-rectal surgeon (not the one who finger-raped me the first time around! I'd rather have a 10" monster cock tearing me into pieces). I was always certain it was hemorrhoids, but now I'm not so sure anymore. Let's see what he has to say about it.
