Some guys inject saline into their ball sack to make it bigger ( temporarily ) and I know that you can have implants of varying sizes. Implants ( false balls ) are used if a guy has lost his balls to injury, castration or cancer. I don't know if they can be used on a guy who still has his own balls in there. Guys with naturally big sacks will still have loose skin - so the individual balls can be seen. If you have his contact details why not just ask him? P.S. it's a BAD idea to inject anything into your ball sack, unless you are certain of all the risks. You wouldn't want to risk the needle hitting something it shouldn't and causing injury. Quote
