First time IML

First time at IML this weekend (fri-tues), traveling with friend (both late 20's), wondering if anyone knows of the un-sanctioned things to do?

It's bound to be an amazing time, but i don't have any idea as to what else is going on besides the "official" events... (jackhammer, sw, other bars and who knows what else). I'd prefer to be on the "in" and do more of the crazy shit than be ignorant to what possibilities are in store. Any insights?

I'd post on sites like this and other sleazy sites asking for the info. Of course, it might be too late as the guys maybe already ensconced in their parties, etc, or they've filled up. Good luck though, and report on how you scored.
