Just a few random updates from a poz guy in MTL :

I've now been on treatment for over 6 months, still undetectable, and t-cell count has steadily increased since then! The only thing I need to work on is my weight. I'm only 105 lbs, but that's better than the 90 lbs I used to weight after going through depression last summer.

Also, I'm not sure about other meds, but because I'm on Tivicay/Kivexa (and soon Triumeq), the minimum at my clinic is changing from bi-annual to annual viral load checks!  Assuming I don't change meds, I don't hook up left and right, and I don't have other medical conditions, I only need to worry about viral loads once a year. That said, I will probably head back at least twice a year. 12 months seems like a long time in between visits.

As far as sex, it's a different story now. I'm starting to enjoy the perks, but I try to be careful. :)

Dating in MTL still sucks.
