I used to live in the 2nd building outside the park on Ft Washington Ave. It was fun, but every time I went I risked being seen by my neighbors, so I didn't go very often. However, my impression was that it was more fun for bottoms than tops. There are a lot of Dominican straight guys who go there when they can't find pussy to fuck.
