The incest laws are technically questionable where they involve same-sex relationships, as the aim of the law is to avoid genetic mutations through offspring. There is probably a credible basis, therefore, for abolishing same-sex incest where both parties are of legal age in the country/state where the act of intercourse occurs. However, I am by no means a lawyer - or lawmaker.
