As little as possible really, since I mainly do my cruising at bathhouses or sex clubs. I tend to start off wearing underwear or more likely a jockstrap, and usually a cockring. If I'm at a bathhouse I might carry my towel with me depending on what I'm doing, but I rarely cover up with it and just have it over my shoulder. After a while though the jockstrap will most likely end up coming off too and I'll just leave it in my room and cruise naked the rest of the time (especially if I've been really slutty that night lol).
