I was jerking off within a week. The scar tissue prohibited easy stretching the whole but I trained slowly myself with a spike and got it larger eventually. Then it got ripped out and had to go to the hospital/first aid post to have it stitched... Badly done now it is very large hole and very shallow to the edge for a heavy large piercing, but I sometimes wear one... See my photos.
