According to Jeff, his understanding is that this was not fake.  It was not actors or a film studio.  It was not choreographed.  This was a real fight, between real people,  With real hits, real bruises, and real blood.  Outside the cage there was a bunch of men yelling, cheering, and screaming.  Some of the men where fully clothed in jeans, t shirt, and button up shirts.  Basically your average, blue collar, rural, country, hard working man. The rest of the men outside the cage looked to have loose fitting shorts on as well.  Ready to fight next.  The cage, as you would call it, was not professional mma but it got the job done.  The video was shot from outside of the cage.
