Undetectable Truvada Resistant Strains.

So was just wondering if i get topped by a poz guy with Truvada resistant strain my PrEP does nothing for me? A top will know he is Truvada resistant i presume if he is on medication, and still a low risk breeder if undetectable. How common is Truvada resistant HIV in USA and Europe?

You could get infected if he has a high viral load....Recently a guy in Toronto was infected while on PrEP....The only instance I've heard so it appears to be pretty rare....The guy was very forthcoming about his story....He was interviewed and shared

I'd go back to topping if I knew I had a strain that would knock up a guy on prep.
