It is about a tattoo artist about to go into AIDS hospice when a late night drunk frat boy comes in for a tattoo. He insults the tattoo artist that he will soon be worm food so the artist suggests a ying-yang tattoo just above his ass because women love that and dumps poppers in a rag for the drunk to sniff.
