New posts not accepted?

I've tried starting a couple of new posts (under Backroom/Testimonials). This always worked before, but now the posts are showing up shaded in pink with a little warning triangle icon. What's wrong? Thanks.

All posts to the Testimonials forum have to be approved by a moderator. The same is true for the "Your Last Load..." forum.
