Blocking a member

Hey, is there an easy to block a person from contacting me? I enjoy reading the fiction, and am on daily, but I don't post. I've a problem with a guy following me from site to site and he found me here. I just want to block him and be done with it.

In the menu bar at the upper left next to your username is a drop down arrow. Click on that and go to "Ignored Users." You can add a username  name to your list, so that person cannot bug you anymore.
