Hi guys

I have an issue for which I did a lot of research but can't find the answer. I figured that if anyone might have insight, it would be you guys. :)

Years ago, when I was younger (19-22), I was a ravenous bottom. I loved getting fucked hard and deep and often, and took big cocks without complaint.

Then, a few years ago, I was diagnosed with anal condyloma (warts). I went into surgery a few times to have them cleared up, and in the years since, they have never returned. So far, so good.

Since then, though, I have not been able to get fucked. I have managed to get fully penetrated a few times, but most of the time there is a sharp, tearing sensation in my asshole (accompanied with blood) and I have to stop. Needless to say, this is very distressing. It has ruined one relationship with a hot top and spoiled a few play sessions with other tops.

Has anyone run into this before? Is there a way to get my hole back in the game, or am I gonna be playing top for the rest of my days?

It is very common for warts to regrow inside the rectum, if you had them previously. They can bleed under friction ( fucking ). I think that is the most likely cause and I would seek an internal exam. Other possibilities are hemorrhoids ( piles ) and the fact that scar tissue is more fragile than normal tissue, means that scar tissue from the wart treatment areas might tear more easily.

In any event, I'd seek an internal exam. I'm not a medical professional. I'm just telling you what I've read. You can always google "genital warts" and "hemorrhoids" for further info.
