This weekend I will be attending my first organized sex party. I have bottomed for years, and participated in a group play before, I regularly take pure for men, and I'm fairly regular. In my normal day to day sex life, I can usually just douche and feel good to go. I realize I'm overthinking this, but I am super paranoid about not being clean at the party. I'm not looking for cleaning out advice, but more looking for food advice for the 24-36 hours leading up to the event. I'm considering going on a liquid diet but I'm not sure if there is a better option. Should I drink something like slim fast or boost? Or should I be going the opposite way and going for extra fiber instead of less? Bottoms that go to IML, MAL, CLAW etc, what do you do to stay as clean as possible for as long as possible?
