Will the gay saunas in the UK re-open after lockdown?

I was just wondering if some of the saunas may not open again after lockdown is finally lifted. Can you imagine if lockdown kills off the gay saunas here in the UK? Is that likely to be the case?

I hope not, but they probably will in towns and maybe some smaller cities. In bigger cities I expect the larger or specialist (eg fetish) saunas will reopen as people will want to fuck and they always have tourists and businessmen in them, but some smaller ones will go bust.

the question is will they get customers?  Given that customers were willing to risk Aids and Social diseases hopefully a bit of flu won't deter them.

It seems no worse than a random hookup from an app, or being in a crowded bar.

Hopefully won't kill them completely, though the weaker players will certainly fold.  It's sad.  I was just getting to the point of going more often before lockdown.  😕

Depends on the longevity of the lockdown, I guess. 

Hoping for the best for people in the UK. 

Here in NZ, it was about a month and a half before Saunas and cruise clubs were back in action properly, so we're pretty lucky. 

Still, what's the worst case scenario? Current businesses may close, but there will always be a market for Gay saunas and cruise lounges / adult bookstores / tea rooms, surely someone would set their own up post-lockdown if needs be.
