Somedays I may have several glasses of my own piss I don’t like concentrated piss so I drink a lot of water to dilute it.

I do it daily and throughout the day..

And as Sub4oralcum said, it is great to mix it in your morning coffee also, or have a glass of it with your coffee, instead of OJ.
