Started smoking Marlboro Reds regularly age 17, now up to 2ppd with a deep love for strong, unfiltered cigs that hit my throat and lungs hard. Living in Europe helps a lot in those regards. With my partner it started as something we did casually before/after sex. It went on to full fetish mode. Today, I don't think I'll be able to cum without a cig in my mouth and nicotine in my blood. Sex without smoke or danger is boring... Not planning to quit or to cut down, I love my tarred up lungs so much... and I think it goes well with the poz fetish :)
