To be more specific, i mean difference between Truvada 200/300 and Mylan 200/245

For starters, "Mylan" is (or rather was) a company, not a specific medication. Mylan merged with Upjohn (itself a subsidiary of Pfizer) back in late 2020 to become a new company (Viatris). So comparing Truvada to Mylan is impossible; one is a specific medication, one is a manufacturer of medications.

Viatris makes generic versions of medications that have gone off-patent, like Truvada. Their generic version of the drug is, like Truvada, 200 mg of Emtricitabine and 300 mg of Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (I find no references to a 200/245 formulation).

So chemically, the generic produced by Viatris should be identical to Truvada. Of course, the coloration, shape of the tablets, etc. may be different.

Is there any difference between truvada prep pills and Mylan 200/245 pills?

If the question is if the dosage between truvada (200 emtricitabine/ 300 TDF) and mylan (200 emtricitabin/245 TD) is the same... it is!

This is a common question. 300 Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate = 245 Tenofovir Disproxil.  It's just two ways to indicate the label for the same thing. The '300 TD fumarate' labeling refers to the prodrug you ingest, while just the '245 TD' is the metabolized version of the drug once it's gone a bit through your system. They are biologically the same thing.
