Guest Posted May 11, 2022 Report Posted May 11, 2022 I played a cumdump at the weekend with multiple loads, including a really having pounding from a guy who told me i just needed to take it, however hard it was. A couple of days later, there's a bit of a dull ache when i push out. Its not a sharp pain or anything. I wonder if ive bruised internally. Would haemorrhoid suppositories help or will it fix itself? An internal bruise is possible, though it's not necessarily in your rectum. If the guy was pounding really hard, he'd have been beating your rectum against your small intestines, and THAT may be what's actually sore (and pushing out activates the muscles in the rectum pushing against the intestines, so it's like rubbing the sore spot). So the suppositories might help IF the rectum is what's actually sore, but not otherwise. I'd be inclined to just push through it, but monitor to make sure the pain doesn't get worse. If it does, see a doctor. Quote

That has happened to me many times when i have pushed myself to new levels of size or use or done a really long porn shoot. Anytime I hav really pushed myself I give my hole good aftercare to the achy feeling: hose out with warm water to relax the muscles, smear CBD lube in my rectum to help relax it even more while i sleep, and take a couple naproxen to minimize inflammation. 1 1 Quote
TripA84 Posted June 6, 2022 Report Posted June 6, 2022 I had the same exact issue but more like a couple of weeks after fucking. I got my 3-month results back today for prep and they found rectal gonorrhea. So I had to get a shot today…but i am actually relieved. I thought it was an anal fissure or even worse….I should have done something asap once I had these symptoms but i waited until my check up. Quote
