Help, What is it (and who sells them)?

Hey guys. I was watching BB porn called Chicago Cumhole and in it was a kind of vial with a plunger. One guy jerked off into the vial and a second guy took it and put it into the jerker's hole and used the plunger to work the load through the tip into his hole. Does anyone know what this vial is called and where to get one? Would be a great way to get loads from used condoms or from guys that want to play safe.

Oh, it was not a syringe. The vial was much larger than the plunger.
