...Or even if someone tells me they're poz with a detectable viral load. I won't judge them, assuming a person has a high viral load because they do not take meds for choice, it's serophobia. If someone shares this with me we may discuss, I may tell them why I think this is not the appropriate road to follow. But I can't squeeze their nostrils to force their mouth open, and push the pills in their throat forcefully. 

So, I think it's important not to create stigma among us, considering an undetectable or detectable as "good" or "bad" for a prejudgment. 

I know many people -lgbt or not- who are following all prevention rules, they have no STD and you are safe if you go to bed with them; but they're complete ASSHOLES. 

It means nothing.
