I saw the add on BBRt stating is in Manhattan (?), but when googling the address is soooo far from Manhattan that I even wonder if it is worth it or if I just visit a bathhouse in NY.

It's not a bathhouse, its a private home in which a floor was converted for public fun. Was not comfortable there at all. I wish an actual bathhouse such as the East Side Club in Manhattan did cumunion parties.
