Southbay bathhouse?

It’s been such a miserable few years that watergarden shut down in the southbay.  I loved going there and fucking, getting fucked. It was there that I let my inner cumslut get loose and take multiple raw cocks with no questions asked.  Wish someone or group of partners could revive such a hot bathhouse concept. It was such the perfect cruising spot for dl/anon play.

Watergarden was the perfect central location.  Would be so hot to lease a warehouse space and turn it into a cruising spot, gloryholes, fuck benches, dark room, individual fuck rooms, porn theatre, and a maze with random alcoves fitted with slings. It could be a “gym” tailored to horny men that need a place to get off.

I mean, steamworks in berkley is literally this. Even has a gym. But, quite a bit far from south bay and definitely more of a dark room than a "mens club" style spot that watergarden was, but it fits the bill.
