I loved going there and fucking, getting fucked. It was there that I let my inner cumslut get loose and take multiple raw cocks with no questions asked. Would be so hot to lease a warehouse space and turn it into a cruising spot, gloryholes, fuck benches, dark room, individual fuck rooms, porn theatre, and a maze with random alcoves fitted with slings. But, quite a bit far from south bay and definitely more of a dark room than a "mens club" style spot that watergarden was, but it fits the bill.
