That said, where are the best cruising spots in Berlin? I want to be a cumdump on duty to get ready for the Biohazard Men's party.

The tabletennis plates at Tiergarten in Berlin are well visited - almost 100% bareback. The actions starts in the evening, when it's dark - ususally later than 10pm.

I can't confirm. usually after 10 pm it gets empty and so until 4/5 in the morning in the summer of course. I've been there a few times but haven't seen any action. sometimes only a few people will stop for a moment. maybe you need more luck.

Just really depending which part of Tiergarten you're cruising in (and this is at mostly all weather conditions). The hot spot nowadays are the table tennis plates beneath Altonaer st, and my experience says that there's lot of action also around midnight and shortly after, then it slows down till the guys stroll off the bars and get rid of any kind of princess behaviour to get bred by every guy who is willing to dump his load in them.

Five ot six loads within less than an hour is a normal quota when place is busy, with good luck even more.

Hint for vour first visit: Don't take any valuables with you that you don't need, also don't deposit them in a car there, it would be AYOR - even if police (who are sensualized about the nightly 'traffic') is patrolling there. We would like you to have nice encounters and see you again there!
