I was 21 at the time and was distracted during the interview, so it's not surprising at all that I didn't get the job.  From an experience standpoint, I was going up against other college seniors for a a starting position in the company.

I have a similar story but the order was a little different. There was a career fair at my school and I scheduled a bunch of interviews for that week.
