mrbottomtop Posted September 17, 2023 Report Share Posted September 17, 2023 About 5 years ago I bottomed with a top who I didn’t know, and he jammed his hand up me, and I’ve had some problems, with (I think) damaged sphincters. The "revirginator" process left him unable to enjoy penetration and as a fellow fist pig like me, deeply frustrated. he found a doctor in NYC who uses botox on the anal scar tissue/damaged areas. This makes it easier for those are to comfortably be stretched out as scar tissue of any kind is never as flexible as the original tissue. It has done wonders for him and he's up to being able to take big toys and small hands after a 3 quarterly treatments.
