About 5 years ago I bottomed with a top who I didn’t know, and he jammed his hand up me, and I’ve had some problems, with (I think) damaged sphincters.  I’ve got strategies for management, and I’ve seen a bunch of GI docs.  Anybody have any stories or advice?  Thanks

my other half had to have several hemorrhoids laser removed in March of last year. The "revirginator" process left him unable to enjoy penetration and as a fellow fist pig like me, deeply frustrated. he found a doctor in NYC who uses botox on the anal scar tissue/damaged areas. This makes it easier for those are to comfortably be stretched out as scar tissue of any kind is never as flexible as the original tissue. It has done wonders for him and he's up to being able to take big toys and small hands after a 3 quarterly treatments. I will be up front and say it's expensive and likely not covered by your insurance, but it does do the job.

What doctor did he go to?

Seriously don’t mess around with any old doctor find a gay doctor who specializes in colorectal. call dr stephen goldstones office and ask for a referral to someone closer to you or in your insurance network. I’ve had scar tissue and hemorrhoids both internal and external as well as bleeding and other issues. There is hope you just have to be a grownup and handle your business down there! Waiting is never a good idea and if you’re honest with your doctor you will feel better before you even leave the office

Bespoke Surgical on 12th street in NYC. The doctor also has a book out called "Butt Seriously" that gets into the medical side of anal play and care.
