The Locker Room is a small sauna, but more slutty. Pleasuredrome is big and much more modern, but I don't know that it guarantees a better time. There's also Sweatbox in Soho. It depends on age and type. SBN, that John has mentioned, is a massive sex club. There's also The Vault in the West End.
