How to keep your tongue down while being throat fucked?

That is exactly the purpose of your gag reflex. To get it out. Our body is beautifully designed to have such reflexes, but in some situations it is not very useful. The only option is to simply gain control over your gag reflex. There are a number of techniques available on the internet. If you do it every day for a week you will already have great results. My personal advice would be to buy one of those thin, flexible dildo's. They are most comfortable 😉 I have been training my throat for over 10 years now. No more gag reflex left. Good luck!

I suggest using your toothbrush to help desensitize your gag reflex.  After brushing your teeth, brush your tongue - especially at the back of your throat to trigger the gag reflex.  Your mouth and back of throat should start to be less sensitive or more accustomed to an object in that area.  I have incorporated this practice into my daily oral hygiene regimen.

I have read there is also a pressure point in your hand that supposedly suppresses the gag reflex when sucking cock; I have not tried this method, but am looking forward to testing it out soon.

After a couple of years of not playing like I used to, my gag flex returned.

I have been using these 2 toys to help train it. It's been a long, slow process, but we're getting there!
