I’llnbe visiting May 19-23.   I’ll be in Hels Kitchen.  The last time I was in town, (pre-covid) managed to get done by two guys in an alleyway. It was totally random, 2 guys in a bar. What is the best way to pull something like that off nowadays? I've managed in smaller town, in Memphis put out a Doublist add.

Its easier now actually, in my opinion. The city has a seedy lawless feel to it now. Anything goes.

I see all types of random lewd behavior in public on a daily basis.

Most including police will just stand by and watch, pull out their smartphone to start recording or just join in.

Something is going on all the time with so many sex clubs. You also have the Ramble in Central Park as the weather is getting warmer.
