Now, let me clarify, I don't love the type that is clearly fake, meaning acted out. Think of the SNL skit they did with Adam Driver. It just doesn't work for me.

Does anyone know if these videos are real?

I feel like the answer is "No," because there are some points where the doctor is supposedly gone while they guy jerks off, but a few times the guy is clearly looking at someone or the doctor just happens to return at the exact moment the guy cums. 

Still, the guys talk about themselves and their medical history in a way that feels real. 

I just don't know. Maybe they start real, telling the guys they're recording for learning purposes. If so, they could get sued, right? Then, maybe, they bring them back, letting them know it's porn related.

I reckon the videos are only "real" in that some AI tool didn't make them up; just because porn tends to attract bad acting -- after all most of the time people are there to watch the sex, not look for a good story -- or equally bad writing, doesn't mean there aren't good actors or good writers in the industry. Clearly these folks have figured out a type of porn that will make them revenue, and profit, so they put the effort in to cater to their audience.

And you're a case in point: if the videos or scenarios look fake, you won't watch. And no view means no profit, the actors don't get paid, and even if the whole mob (producers, writers, actors etc) are doing it for art's sake, most artists (despite what they will tell you) have a deep seated desire for their art to be appreciated and unseen videos aren't appreciated.

That's what I thought too, and then I went into an office that looked like one of these rooms. I nearly expected this doctor to walk in.

A while back, there was a dude doing real check ups. Well, he wasn't a certified doctor from what I heard. The story is that he gave homeless people and other freé checkups, they thought where real. I think he was prosecuted too. Don't remember his name.
