Remember gay guys with the hanky code flying in their pocket of choice, but soon enough mainstream society of a certain age knew all the meanings. Or the keys hanging left or right. Or the pieced earlobe, which a lot of straight men copied but using the other side ear lobe, " to clarify they weren't gay" Bio hazard tats, pretty much well known. Point is, nothing stays hidden from other groups for very long. Including the wife. Perhaps the best way to signal your wants is simple eye contact and conversation. I hear it worked magically way back in the early days of gaydom, like 1970 or so. Word! Not only do things not remain secret, meaning either changes with time or is regional. When I was young, my mates and I wore our earring in our left ear to indicate we were “straight”, but then in college I met a foreign student who was excited that there were so many gay guys on campus. 🤣

A piece of sushi and a chicken? 🍣🐓 A male symbol? ⭕️♐️ A pig snout and a down arrow? 🐽⬇️ A glass of milk? 🥛 Three drops emoji? 💦 A sperm cell, maybe disguised as something else? 🏊🏼♂️ Is this tattoo going to be in a place your wife will see? Assuming no, all of the answers above might work to send the signal you’re looking for to other men. If she will see it, I doubt there’s anything that would be innocuous to her and still be understood by men when you’re on the hunt for cock.
11bi11guy Posted June 11 Report Posted June 11 (edited) Maybe I spoke too soon. If you place it on a part of the body that’s generally an acceptable “hetero male tattoo” area—e.g., arm, leg, chest; in other words, not something on your ass or a tramp stamp on your lower back—you could do something like “Loading.” To everyone at the bathhouse with enough blood flow getting to their brains, it’ll be a subtle tell about what you’re into. To everyone else (maybe including your wife?) you can explain it as “a reminder that I’m a work in progress,” or something along those lines. Edited June 11 by 11bi11guy 1

A orange hankie didn’t differentiate between Top and bottom in NYCs community. Flagging left it meant “Anything, Anytime”; flagged right it meant “Not Today, Thanks”, or basically “No”. Course, these terms shifted regionally and over time. 1
SlampaBay Posted June 29 Report Posted June 29 I want a blending of the Mandelbrot Set (fractals, anyone?) and ☣️ so the placement can be bolder, perhaps, without it overwhelming my own life.
partying.hard Posted June 29 Report Posted June 29 I think you are misguided in your use of the word “secret.” 2
