You may see it through the skin in the bottom's *pelvis*, but the stomach isn't behind that; the stomach is much higher. You're seeing a bulge (or rather, pressure on) the intestines.

I have a small reputation here about my ability with depth - taking the full 32" colon python toys and the like.
