Hi, I've tried to sign up for a new account but its not working and I've tried on a few different devices too.

It just returns me to the date of birth page again?

 

Is this something on my browser that is messed up? I also noticed the last new member join in June, so could the sign up not be working atm maybe?

Unless you've confirmed the account by responding to the email that's sent out when one is established, your account is not "established". And unfortunately, as another thread is discussing, there's some sort of problem at the host level with automated email not being sent properly, so it's likely your account is not "established" yet - your online handle is reserved, but you're still considered a guest (as you can see with how your name displays) until that problem is solved.
