Missed Cruising Opportunity

Went upstairs to the bathroom in a department store this afternoon while shopping with my husband. He didn’t have to go so he waited outside for me. The department store was not busy at all so it was a great place to cruise. Like no one would go up there. But in walks a guy who goes to the last urnal as I’m sitting in the stall taking a shit. I hear him take a piss but he just stands there without pulling up his zipper. I finish up and take a look.  He was pretty hot. I wanted to go look at his dick and blow him but it was way to risky.
