Yeah I'm interested in this too. Like I can get some big puffy lips after a long session of fucking and fisting, but my prolapse doesn't protrude or anything like you see in some porn. Is the only way to achieve this to actually use pumping devices and pump your ass with them? What devices would people recommend from where?
