Google hasn’t really answered my question above, so wondering if anyone here knows whether Prep is still properly effective if you bleed from anal play and then take raw loads?

When I used it, I often bled when I did anal, and I never caught anything, for 3 years

Obviously it's really hard to do a scientific study comparing non-bleeding with bleeding and documenting PrEP effectiveness.

But the reality is that PrEP, like almost ALL oral medications, is spread through the body via the bloodstream.
