Central Southern UK - Breeders and Bottoms

London’s not too far from me but the distance is a little restrictive. No spontaneity, every meet is planned in advance.  To make life easier, Is there a group or list of guys, both top and bottom, in central southern counties. Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire?
