There's lots of tips on suppressing your gag reflex online. Basically start with a toothbrush on the back of your tongue and hold it on the edge of your gag reflex until it startas to desensitize. Then, over time, move that toothbrush back. I got to hitting the back of my throat and moving it down - while breathing steadily - before I switched my training to dildos.

One little tip when trying to deep throat cock is to put the tip of your tongue over your lower teeth. I'm mindful that the effects of some of these might be entirely psychosomatic. But I've done some neuro tricks for other reasons... such as neuro/vestibular moves to relax hamstrings etc. The nose pinch one kinda has the 'neuro' ring of truth about it.
