By the way, on my bike ride home, I worked out that in the past two weeks I have spent more time with one or more strangers' cum inside me than without.

Oh now I envy you being able to visit Vault. I hardly ever get down to London these days and that's awlays my first port of call, especially on a Thursday afternoon/evening. literally step off the train and go straight there!

There's a number of techniques I use to keep the laods inside. Might have to write something longer, but basically fighting gravity. I've got good pelvic floor control, and Kegel exercises can actually work core strength deep inside as well. But when I get home, first thing I do is lie face down with a pillow under my hips.
