Just about all black men say dick.

Dick is almost always used in urban areas.

Here in New York, most non-whites say dick.

Cock is used by whites and recent immigrants to New York who are ESL. I've noticed eventually they also start using 'dick'. Or at least they do when talking to me.

Eventually the usage of the work 'cock' in the US will go away as the demographics shift. AAVE slang terms usually take hold in America and especially the younger generations.

That's why the guy on Grindr stated: "if you say cock, you must be an old man."
