Recurring rectal chlamydia?

This one is so annoying. I very rarely bottom anymore. And I mean like once every few months if that.

Yet I always seem to catch chlamydia in my ass and nowhere else. I got fucked about 2 weeks ago, the guy literally took about 10 strokes before I took over back into my more regular role as the top. Yet in my test results the other day BAM there's chlamydia AGAIN. I've had it 2 or 3 times before in my ass and nowhere else, back when I used to bottom slightly more.

Am I just unlucky? Or can it lie dormant and recur/flare up when the ass takes cock?

Ass chlamydia is the most common one to blip + by far.

Doxycycline 2 tabs for 7 days.

I recently had this issue. Got told to get tested by a fuck buddy and I came up clean on the UA but several days later tested positive for it rectally. I was given seven days of doxycycline at two times a day, then they called and extended it for another week to be sure. This is the first time (aside from being poz) in 25 years of being sexually active that I have tested positive for an STI and I find it highly annoying.
