i don't think it was a hate crime...the guy was out of control. he harassed and bullied his neighbors and one just had enough. guess they had a long-running conflict. there is a video of Joss acting crazy and yelling at the top of his lungs prior to the shooting which according to one neighbor was normal behavior.

Lock Hillary up for using unsecured server, and the  use your personal cell phone for classified discussions.) Accuse Biden of nepotism and then bring on Nepotism Barbie aka Ivanka, Jared Transitioning Kushner and his convicted felony father, jailed for trying to blackmail his family to keep them from testifying.  The father was the "best people" for Ambassador to France. ) We can take it back to him coining the name Lyyin Ted Cruz and then telling over 33,000 documented  lies in his first term. Those are just a sampler of his projection.

Crafting hatred?  DEI being blamed for a plane crash after he fired key FAA personnel and the bodies are still not recovered from the water.  ("Common sense") ; firing  women and people of color and citing incompetence and then installing an embezzling  drunk, Dress Up Barbie, Brain Worm former heroin addict, and make a donation to the get rid of your csse fund Bondi with a winning loss record.  And to top it off accusing Biden of cognitive impairment and then babbling on about Trophy wives at a commencement speech. 

I think we have a better candidate for projection, and we don't even need to cite the villification of immigrants as being the worst of the worst.  That candidate would be the conviction felon and adjudicated rapist. Vote for him again.

Judging from your post, that either/or ism seems to be pandemic. (Let's get RFK Jr. on it right away.)  Forgive me, however, as I'm preoccupied with what is and not so much what could be.  I thought that I was sticking to topics at hand --projection amd the current administration---and not being selectively blind.  I am well aware of the mercenary treachery on both sides of the aisle.  I was simply pointing out that when it comes to the accusation as confession that this  seems ti be the only area where Trump excels. Sorry @BBBxCumDumpster I  was a bit pompous, think your response is fair enough.  I think I MAY be naive, but more folks on this site seem to be leftist, so it inflames my desire to push the ship toward middle and find common ground where we can.  I  spent much of my time on the left and thought the left was closer to justice, so when I  began to see the justice in the positions of the right too, I just couldn't unsee it.  I  appreciate your point that there is mercenary treachery on both sides of the aisle.  It's unfortunate that Biden left really no way out of the politicization of government since the only solution was to punish the folks that politicized government, which will have no credibility with the left, because they will - rightly or wrongly - see it as war.  Are there any principles left to reclaim in the middle while still removing the corruption and criminalization of government?  What neutral third party is in a position to do it? 

I'm not really following the eugenics garbage point, this feels like massive hyperbole.  Can you give an example of what you're referring to?

That whole autopen thing is crazy, especially when you realize that according to Jake Tapper, the White House was managing the whole concealment of Biden's mental state.  Who knows if Biden had any input into his autopen?  What makes anything he signed with an autopen credibly signed?

There are some very strange facts in the case. 

1. The ksat article¹ reports that a lady drove Jonathan and his husband, Tristan to their former house, and was waiting in the car when the neighbor-killer pulled up and parked behind her. Jonathan and Tristan told her that they would be back in 5 minutes as they where just there to pick up their mail but when they saw the carcass of one their dog along with its leash placed in clear view they became emotionally distraught, according to Tristan's statement on FB. 

It does looks like the dogs carcass and leash was placed there by someone. The property has had multiple calls to the police. The fire happened in January and I doubt if for the past 4 months, no one saw it or got rid of it. Surely the fire department, the police, or subsequently arson investigators would not have missed such a sight. Also, Jonathan and Tristan would have visited the site their home many times after the Fire, and this was the first time they witnessed that horrible Auschwitz like artifact. Thus, it looks quite likely that someone put the dog there deliberately for Jonathan and Tristan to see when they came.  Did someone know they where going to come there?

Why did the neighbor-killer drive to the Spot. Since he lived close-by, why did he have to drive. Was he trying to rush to the spot to see Jonathan and Tristan's reaction to their Auschwitzified dog. Also, he clearly managed to put his rifle into his car and then took it with him before the confrontation with Johnathan and Tristan. All this clearly show Intent - a premeditated intent and plan to kill.  No one leaves a rifle in the car in a regular neighborhood like the one Jonathan's Joss burnt down home was located in. 

2. I looked at one of the  FB posts² to the husband, Tristan. and it almost sounds like a veiled threat to me. Why did this individual have to write such an insensitive post. Surely law enforcement/ authorities  could have showed up at the bereaved  widow's door and passed this message instead of posting what looked like a public threat.

3. A few days before his murder Jonathan had attended a reunion of the cast/stars of King of the Hill. He was not invited even though he played the immensely popular John RedCorn but choose to go anyways, and did announce himself from among the general public and proudly declared the fact that he was a gay man. The horrible people of King of the Hill brought in security who escorted him out³. Isn't is just plain sad that such a successful show would treat one of its actors so cruelly. Where the Power that be of Hollywood and King of the Hill upset that Jonathan had spoilt the legacy of the character John Redcorn  who in the show was a heterosexual womanizing stud by coming out as gay. Was this killing a result of trying to take care of him?
