I think whether the bottom can feel when the top is pumping his load inside depends on a few things. If he fucks hard and is able to keep fucking while he's shooting his load inside then the bottom may only feel some warmth but wouldn't necessarily recognize it as him getting bred unless he's an experienced bottom who is familiar with how that feels.
