Mice, bugs and door alarms at Doubletree?

I was thinking of booking a room at Doubletree in Philly but looking at the reviews looks like it's mice/bug infested and they might of put alarms on the doors that go off if they don't close properly?

The reason people book the Doubletree is because you don't need a key card to operate the elevator.  It's a moderate hotel, past its prime, but looked clean the last time I was there.
