Hemorrhoids from getting fucked?

Just had to get a hemorrhoidechomy to get a big hemorrhoid that was pushing out of my ass. It had been there for many years and it would massively pop out, specially when cleaning out. Also  not fun if top asks you to push out their load so they can eat it out.

At any rate, got this sorted (this surgery is no fun). But the question is.. are hemorrhoids more likely if one is getting fucked often? I do get quite a bit of cock in there. A common session may see 10-20 cocks plowing my ass for hours, and this happens about once monthly. Not sure if this is enough to increase hem chances. Internet is not clear so I'll ask the experts here.

From heavy and long fucking/ dildo play it is more likely to get a perianal venous thrombosis than hemorrhoids. And this is really a pain in the as. Are you weight lifting with a lot of weight? This might also cause hemorrhoids.

I remember having some bad hemorrhoids that got super infected in the past from a couple of the orgy's I went every week.  It can be pretty painful.  Had to go to the doctor to get it drained.  Took me out of commission for a week or 2.
